7. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

California "Shine The Light" Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. 14. IDENTITY VERIFICATION & MODEL RELEASE DATA

To support lawful content creation and distribution, we collect and store identity verification materials and model release documentation associated with content uploaded to our Services. This may include government-issued identification documents, selfies used for verification, legal names, signatures, and signed release forms. These materials are used solely for compliance, verification, and platform integrity purposes. All identity verification and model release information is stored securely and protected with encryption and access controls. This information is retained only while the associated model profile exists on a user's account. If a user deletes a model profile, the related identity documents and release information are permanently deleted, except where limited retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

15. AI-ASSISTED CONTENT GENERATION

Our Services include AI-assisted tools that help users generate captions, titles, descriptions, and similar text-based content for their media. These tools operate only when a user actively submits content for processing and are intended to enhance content creation workflows. We do not use AI systems to make decisions about users themselves, to profile users, or to conduct automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects. AI processing is limited to user-directed content generation and operates in accordance with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
